Here’s how we handle returns, breakages, and refunds.
Thank you for supporting Lily’s Plaster Crafts! Because each plaster figurine and paint portion is prepared by hand for your order, please read our simple returns and refund guidelines below:
1. Damages during Shipping (Fragile Plaster Items) Plaster is fragile! I take great care in packaging every order safely, but accidents during delivery can happen. What to do: If your figurine arrives broken or damaged, please send an email to [email protected] or DM @lilysplastercrafts on Instagram within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. What to include: Please send a clear photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging. Resolution: I will happily send you a free replacement or process a refund for the damaged piece.
2. Custom Paint Kits & Prepared Orders Because the custom paint sets (3 free colors + optional extra colors) are measured and portioned specifically for each order, unopened paint containers cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched due to their custom and hygienic nature. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
3. Standard Returns (Non-Damaged Items) If you change your mind, you can return undamaged, unused figurines in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Once the return is received in its original condition, a refund for the product price will be issued to your original payment method.
