Every Kit is handmade...
With care as a personal creative side gig and by placing an order, you agree to these simple terms:
1. Products & Colors Handmade Nature: Each plaster figurine is handmade. Minor surface variations, small air bubbles, or slight texture differences are part of the charm of handmade crafts and are not considered defects. Paint Colors: Every figurine includes 3 basic paint colors of your choice for free. You can optionally add 2 more colors for a small extra charge (+€0.30 per color). Screen Colors: Colors in photos may vary slightly from the actual physical items depending on your phone or computer screen settings.
2. Orders & Shipping Because custom paint portions and plaster figurines are prepared upon order, please allow a little time for me to get everything ready and shipped out to you. Breakages: Plaster is fragile. Although I pack everything very carefully, if your figurine arrives broken, please take photos within 48 hours of delivery and send me a message so we can sort it out (replacement or refund for the damaged piece).
3. Returns & Cancellations Because the paint sets are custom-prepared for each order, returns are not accepted on paint sets once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been prepared and dispatched.
4. Safety The paints included with the figurines are non-toxic and intended for hobby painting. They are not toys for very young children without supervision and are definitely not edible!
